i enjoyed the pools and beach access. the staff helped book activities. ivan and ruly in the office were very helpful. they helped extend our stay.
the air conditioning wasnt enough. we had beautiful rooms. none had enough cooling.

My stay included a romantic dinner on the beach. The table was beautifully decorated near the sea with red petals. Andy provided fantastic, kind, and professional service. He was very attentive.
The air conditioning was inadequate! in the rooms. The bathrooms lacked air conditioning and had poor ventilation, though the rooms struggled to cool properly.

I found two inviting swimming pools, each accompanied by deck chairs. the hotel enjoys a superb location. It sits at the quieter end of the main area yet remains conveniently close to everything. the staff members were always friendly and accommodating. i found the restaurant provided a relaxed atmosphere and the food was tasty (the pasta was really good).
the wifi signal was inconsistent at times, especially in some of the more remote areas of the resort.

This hotel features two pools that are large enough to accommodate many guests. They both looked well-kept. access to the beach is direct and convenient. the hotel also provides snorkeling trips for families, complete with professional service and high-quality gear.

the buffet breakfast included a varied selection of food (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the on-site egg chef prepared eggs to order. the restaurant offers quality cocktails, a perfect way to relax during the afternoon.

the hotel staff helped organize a romantic dinner on the beach. one staff member, ivan, assisted with changing travel arrangements back to bali. andy, a waiter, was particularly fun and ensured the evening was special (a birthday celebration).

location was close to the beach, that was acceptable.
i booked a lumbung hut double room. there was no extra toilet paper in my room. my room wasn't cleaned until 3pm. i found it inconvenient. breakfast was also not really good, especially considering the high price i paid.
